The $25K Fantasy contest flipped upside down on July 15: DNEGS (Negreanu) went from a 6.3% win probability to 98.8%, while three teams dropped to zero.

The lead change, logged on the 25kfantasy.com sweat page, dethroned Team Banana, captained by David Baker, which had held the top spot. Baker's squad fell from 58.4% win probability to 0% in the same update cycle.

Two other teams were wiped out alongside Team Banana. Team Lang (Mike + Josh) dropped from 9.6% to 0%, and the Verderamo team (Nick + Jake) plummeted from 25.7% to 0%. Combined, the three teams shed 93.7 percentage points of win probability in a single refresh.

DNEGS absorbed nearly all of it. The 92.5-point swing — from 6.3% to 98.8% — is the largest single-update move logged in the contest this summer. With 98.8% win probability, the Negreanu-led roster now holds a near-lock on the $25K title barring a late reversal.
