By using Ask Charlotte (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. The Service is operated by Rounders to Founders Inc. (“we,” “us”). If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
Charlotte is an AI-powered executive assistant available via Telegram, iMessage, and the web dashboard. She can optionally connect to your Google Workspace to help manage your calendar, email, contacts, and tasks. Charlotte uses AI language models to understand your requests and take action on your behalf.
Charlotte is an AI, not a human. While she's designed to be helpful and accurate, she can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing actions Charlotte takes on your behalf (especially emails sent, calendar changes, and contact modifications).
You must create an account to use the Service. You can sign up with a Google account or email.
You must be at least 18 years old.
You're responsible for all activity under your account.
One person per account. Don't share your Charlotte access.
Free trial: 8-day free trial with credit card required. No charge during the trial period.
Founding rate: The first 50 subscribers get $99/mo (locked in). After that, standard rate is $199/mo.
Billing: Your card is charged on Day 9 unless you cancel. Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe.
Cancellation: Cancel anytime via your dashboard or Stripe. Takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Refunds: We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of charge. Contact [email protected].
Connecting your Google account is optional. If you choose to connect, you grant Charlotte permission to read, create, modify, and delete data in your Google Calendar, Gmail, Contacts, Tasks, and Drive (read-only for Drive) on your behalf. You can revoke this access at any time via your Google Account settings.
Charlotte acts on your explicit instructions. She will not send emails, delete events, or modify contacts without you asking — unless you've configured automated behaviors (coming soon).
Charlotte's core features (Telegram, iMessage, relationship intelligence, task tracking, DreamWeaver) work without Google connected. Google integration enhances Charlotte with calendar-aware briefs, email follow-ups, and contact sync.

We are not liable for damages caused by Charlotte's errors. The Service is provided “as is.”
You own your data. We own the Service, brand, and technology. Charlotte's responses are generated for you and you're free to use them however you want.
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee 100% uptime. We're a small team and sometimes things break. We'll fix them fast and communicate proactively.
You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, your data is retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rounders to Founders Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in Clark County, Nevada.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
