Your personal Charlotte alias

Every Charlotte user gets their own email address that goes directly to their Charlotte — not to us.

Your alias looks like [email protected]. Email her anything — scheduling, research, quick questions — and she'll read it and reply in the same thread. Your alias is shown on your Settings page.

For sensitive actions (payments, ticket purchases, account changes), Charlotte will ask you to confirm on iMessage or Telegram. Email is lower-trust.

What's the fastest way to get help?+
Message Charlotte directly — on Telegram, iMessage, SMS, or WhatsApp — and just tell her what's wrong. She'll file the bug and loop us in if needed. Or email [email protected].
How do I cancel my subscription?+
Go to Settings → Billing and click Manage to open the Stripe customer portal. You can cancel there. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
How do I change my payment method?+
Same place — Settings → BillingManage. The Stripe portal lets you add/remove cards.
Can I use Charlotte on iMessage instead of Telegram?+
Yes — you can text her on iMessage, SMS, or WhatsApp at the number we send on signup, or add your phone on Settings. Pick a preferred channel there too.
Charlotte did something wrong. How do I tell you?+
Just tell Charlotte. She has a built-in bug reporter — if you say something like “that's a bug” or “file this as feedback”, she'll log it with full context. Or email [email protected] with a screenshot and the approximate time.
Is my data private?+
Yes. Your conversations + calendar + contacts live in a per-user SQLite database isolated from every other user at the filesystem level. We don't sell your data. We don't share it with third parties except to run the product (OpenAI/Anthropic for AI, Stripe for billing, Resend for email). Full details in the Privacy Policy.
Can Charlotte read my email?+
Only if you connect your Google account. Without Google OAuth, Charlotte cannot see anything in your Gmail. The calendar she shows you is hers (with an optional read-only import from Google if you connect it).
What about email <em>to</em> Charlotte?+
Every user gets a personal alias — [email protected] — that routes directly to your Charlotte. You can email her from anywhere and she'll read it and reply. For sensitive actions (payments, purchases), we'll ask you to confirm on iMessage or Telegram instead — email is lower-trust.
How fast do you respond?+
Usually within a few hours during US business hours, and within 24 hours outside them. We're a small team — email goes straight to a human who's paid to care.
I need to delete my account and all my data.+
Email [email protected] from the address on your account. We delete everything within 30 days and send confirmation when done.
